One week…

It has been one week since my last post. Last week I did a good job about getting back into training. I went to the gym three times during the work week. I walked around for four hours on Saturday and on Sunday I took a 4 1/2 mile walk. This week I have not been quite as good about working out. Monday was a marathon day at work and by the end of the day my feet were pretty much destroyed from running around work in heels and then running post work errands in heels… at least I got some exercise, I guess.

May 6/7 - slow down, already !

It was hot, hot, hot. Yesterday biking then glasses, then hearing aids then bank / Publix, then Bev and Bruce for dinner. I had been collecting my observations on the hearing aids and sending them to Kim and we got together yesterday and she modified some of the programming. They're working better now but she's still going to order a new set when we're back in August because they tend to "screw out" of my ears when I'm eating.
